My PLA Experience
Being a part of the Presidential Leadership Academy at Penn State allowed me to grow into the type of leader I never knew that I could be. This program allowed me to surround myself with passionate, driven, and motivated individuals who constantly inspired me to take chances and stand up for what I believe in. Furthermore, our seminar classes with President Barron and Dean Johnson forced me to look at the grey area of pertinent issues, and recognize the value in diverse viewpoints.
